No. CertSafe sits alongside whatever HR or SMS you already use. We focus narrowly on credential management — the certifications, tickets, and competency cards your frontline workers carry — and we expose data your existing systems can read.
Does CertSafe issue tickets?
No. Tickets are issued by accredited training providers and regulators. CertSafe holds and presents what they issue, sends reminders before they expire, and proves to a supervisor or auditor that a worker actually holds them.
What if a worker doesn't have a smartphone?
You can issue a printable QR card from the HSE dashboard. The QR is still cryptographically signed, so supervisors can verify it the same way they verify the mobile app.
Does the worker app work offline?
